Scope
This refund policy applies to all users of FosterFlow services, covering subscriptions, one-time purchases, and any other paid services offered by FosterFlow.
Refund Eligibility
- Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee, provided you have not excessively used the service as determined by FosterFlow at its sole discretion.
- One-Time Purchases: For any one-time purchase, you have 7 days from the transaction date to request a refund, provided the service has not been utilized.
- Service Downtime or Issues: If you experience a significant service disruption or failure that affects your use of our service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review by our customer support team.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@fosterflow.com. Include your purchase information, such as order number, transaction date, and the reason for the request. Our team will review your request, which may take up to 7 business days, and communicate the decision via email.
Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account or credit card statement. Some payment methods may take longer to process.
Limitations
- Refunds cannot be granted for services fully utilized or for instances where FosterFlow’s terms and conditions are violated.
- Requests made beyond the eligible refund window will not be accepted.
- Adjustments to the refund policy for extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of FosterFlow.
