Welcome to Fosterflow! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fosterflow chat service, which employs Large Language Models (LLM) including but not limited to generative chat functionalities. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By using Fosterflow, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms or any part of these terms, you must not use this Service.
2. Modification of Terms
   • Fosterflow reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
3. Eligibility

   • You may generate content through interactions with the Service. You grant Fosterflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

   • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   • The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Fosterflow expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Fosterflow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fosterflow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Termination
    • Fosterflow may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
